This notice is about the website vibetude.com. Each app has its own privacy policy, for example the TakeO Privacy Policy.
The short version
- This website has no cookies, no analytics, no ads and no tracking.
- Everything on it, fonts included, comes from this website. Your browser doesn't contact other companies to show it.
- Cloudflare, which delivers the website, receives the technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, only to deliver the pages and protect the website.
Who we are
This website is run by Vibetude, an independent developer (“we”, “us”). For any question, write to support@vibetude.com.
When you visit the website
To send you a page, our hosting provider Cloudflare receives the technical details of your browser's request: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and what your browser sends with every request (such as its type and language). Cloudflare uses them on our behalf to deliver the page and to protect the website from attacks and abuse. How long Cloudflare keeps them is set by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
We don't keep logs of visits, and we don't use these details to find out who you are.
We do this because we have a legitimate interest in running a website that works and is safe (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
No cookies, no tracking
The website sets no cookies and saves nothing on your device. It has no analytics, no ads, no social media buttons and no content from other companies, and no other company can track you on it. The few small scripts on the pages (the menu, the email buttons, the help page search) work only inside your browser and send nothing anywhere.
Do Not Track: because the website doesn't track you, there is nothing for a “Do Not Track” signal or a similar browser setting to turn off. Every visit is treated the same way, with or without it.
If you write to us
The email buttons on this website open your own email app; the website itself doesn't send or store your message. When you email us, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to answer you, and we delete them within 12 months after our conversation ends. Our emails are delivered and stored by our email provider, Zoho Corporation, in the United States.
We do this because we have a legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Writing to us is up to you: you don't need to give us any information to use the website.
Where your information goes
We never sell or share your information. Cloudflare is based in the United States, so the technical details of your visit may be handled there and in other countries. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (with its UK and Swiss extensions), which the European Commission recognizes as giving adequate protection.
If you email us, your email is stored by Zoho in the United States. Zoho protects transfers of personal information out of the EU with contracts based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. How Zoho handles it is set by the Zoho Privacy Policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, Switzerland, Taiwan or US states with privacy laws), you have rights over your personal information: to see it, correct it or delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, and to get a copy. As we keep no logs of visits, the only information we usually hold about you is the emails you sent us. For any request, write to support@vibetude.com. You can also contact your data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, we'll update the effective date at the top and publish the new version on this page.
